Fica deliciosamente cremoso.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;4 ovos&lt;br /&gt;2 xícaras (chá) de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;1 vidro de leite de coco 200ml&lt;br /&gt;1/2 xícara (chá) de margarina&lt;br /&gt;2 1/2  xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;Recheio:&lt;br /&gt;400g de doce de leite&lt;br /&gt;300ml de leite&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres (sopa) de amido de milho&lt;br /&gt;1 colher (sopa) de margarina&lt;br /&gt;1 caixa de creme de leite&lt;br /&gt;coco em flocos queimado (opcional)&lt;br /&gt;Calda para molhar o bolo&lt;br /&gt;1 lata de leite condensado&lt;br /&gt;a mesma medida de leite&lt;br /&gt;1 vidro de leite de coco 200ml&lt;br /&gt;Cobertura:&lt;br /&gt;6 colheres (sopa) cheias de leite em pó&lt;br /&gt;6 colheres de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;1/2 copo tipo requeijão de água bem gelada&lt;br /&gt;1 colher (chá) cheia de emustab&lt;br /&gt;1 pacote de coco&lt;br /&gt;Modo de Fazer:&lt;br /&gt;Bolo:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Coloque os quatro primeiros ingredientes na batedeira e bata bem. Fora da batedeira, acrescente a farinha e o fermento em pó e misture delicadamente. Despeje em uma forma com 25X 35 cm de diâmetro, de preferência com fundo removível e asse em forno médio por 35 m ou até que enfiando um palito no bolo, o palito saia seco.&lt;br /&gt;Recheio:&lt;br /&gt;Faça um creme com o leite a maisena e a manteiga (sem açúcar). Quando tiver bem cozido, acrescente o doce de leite, ainda no fogo. Misture até ficar homogêneo. Desligue o fogo e acrescente o creme de leite. Misture. (Reserve). Este processo quebra o excesso de doce do doce de leite.&lt;br /&gt;Calda:&lt;br /&gt;Misture os ingredientes e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;Cobertura:&lt;br /&gt;Coloque os ingredientes na batedeira (exceto o coco)  e bata por dez minutos. Vai dobrar de volume. (reserve)&lt;br /&gt;Importante: Se você não tiver um aro, faça um com cartolina, cubra com papel filme e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;Para armar o bolo:&lt;br /&gt;Corte  o bolo no meio com um fio: Passe o fio em volta do bolo, (veja se está no meio) cruze os fios e aperte. (Se quiser, use fio dental. É higiênico e não arrebenta).&lt;br /&gt;Coloque a parte de baixo do bolo onde você quiser armá-lo. Molhe bem molhado com a calda. Coloque bastante doce de leite. Coloque o coco queimado sobre o doce de leite (opcional).&lt;br /&gt;Coloque a outra metade do bolo. Torne a molhar bem com a calda. Coloque o aro em volta para conter o recheio e o bolo ficar bem molhado. Molhe mais um pouquinho. Leve à geladeira ou ao  freezer por  2 ou 3 horas. Retire do freezer e cubra com a cobertura de leite ninho. Jogue coco por cima e sirva bem gelado. É uma delícia. Quanto mais calda tiver o bolo, mais cremoso ele fica.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nota: Esta receita fica excelente também  com pão-de-ló no lugar do bolo.&lt;br /&gt;Receita extraída do type='text'>Torta de banana caramelada</title><content type='html'>Ingredientes-&lt;br /&gt;11/2 de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;-1 colher de sopa de canela em pó&lt;br /&gt;- 1 dúzia de bananas d’água&lt;br /&gt;- 1 lata de leite condensado&lt;br /&gt;- 200g de margarina ( ou manteiga)&lt;br /&gt;- 4 ovos- 2 x de arinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;- 1 colher de sopa de fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caramelando as bananas&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Misture o açúcar com a canela, coloque em um tabuleiro médio com as bananas cortadas em fatias e leve ao fogo pra caramelar por mais ou menos 20 minutos, ou até estiver bem caramelada.&lt;br /&gt;Modo de fazer&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bata na batedeira, o leite condensado , a margarina e as gemas até formar um creme, sempre batendo, junte a farinha de trigo e o fermento, por último as claras em neve, misturando levemente e aos poucos, em seguida retire do forno a calda caramelada e coloque a massa por cima e retorne o tabuleiro ao forno ovos do merengue e deitar sobre a torta que já deverá estar montada.
